Swiss Petites
ingredients
- 2 1/2 C shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3-1/2 c chopped green onion
- 1/2 lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- Dash salt and white pepper
- Garlic powder to taste
- Petite Cocktail rye
- Paprika
- Mayonnaise
directions
Mix and make very moist with mayo. Spread on Petite rye, sprinkle with paprika. Put under broiler until bubbly. This can be fixed ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve. Do not cook before refrigerating. Makes 24
