Sausage Cheese Balls
This is good at a brunch or evening gathering. I have even made these for showers.
ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage - I use hot, but mild is good
- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cups bisquik or other buttermilk biscuit mix
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water

Mix all ingredients and form into one inch balls. Bake for 10 -15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Note: The sausage is raw, not cooked when you mix this together. You can also make these in advance then freeze them on a cookie sheet. Once the balls are solid, you can put them in a ziplock bag. It might take a few extra minutes in the oven.
