These savory crepes are great with seafood and smoked fish.

ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/3-1/2 c flour
  • dash of Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/2 T unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 T fresh dill, chopped coarsely
  • dash of nutmeg
  • unsalted butter to cook crepes

Spread a thin layer of whipped cream cheese on a crepe. Layer with smoked salmon. Roll like a cigar. Slice at an angle. Serve swirl-side up. Batter can be made the night before.
