Charlotte Tanaka's Fresh Dill Crepes
These savory crepes are great with seafood and smoked fish.
ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/3-1/2 c flour
- dash of Kosher Salt
- 1 1/2 T unsalted butter, melted
- 2 T fresh dill, chopped coarsely
- dash of nutmeg
- unsalted butter to cook crepes

Spread a thin layer of whipped cream cheese on a crepe. Layer with smoked salmon. Roll like a cigar. Slice at an angle. Serve swirl-side up. Batter can be made the night before.
