Perfect for impromptu gatherings, tailgates, and bbq’s!

ingredients

  • 1 can reduced fat lime & jalapeno refried beans
  • 3 large haas avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 2 limes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 small can chopped drained canned green chilies
  • 2 small cans sliced black olives
  • 4 tomatoes (vine ripened preferred)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 3-4 green onion, chopped

directions

    In a small bowl mash together the avocado and lime juice.

    In another small bowl mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning.

    In a 9“x13” glass dish spread the refried beans all along the bottom. Next, spread on the avocado mix, then the sour cream mix, then layer on the green chilies, black olives, tomatoes, cheddar then top with the cilantro and green onion.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
