Brunch Chicken Salad
We always have this for brunches, or it’s perfect for wedding and baby showers!
ingredients
- 4 C cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 2 C diced celery
- 2 C grapes (seedless), halved
- 15 oz can pineapple tidbits
- 11 oz can mandarin oranges
- 1 C slivered almonds, toasted
- Dressing:
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper

Mix dressing.
- 2
Mix all other ingredients. Add dressing to salad just before serving.
