Focaccia Bread
ingredients
- 2 3/4 C. Flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 T. active dry yeast
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- Pinch black pepper
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 C. water
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 T. Parmesan cheese
- 1 C. mozzarella cheese

In a large bowl, stir flour, salt, sugar, yeast, garlic and seasonings. Mix in oil and water. When dough has pulled together, turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. Lightly oil a large bowl, place dough in bowl and turn to coat. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in warm place for 20 minutes.

Punch dough down. Place on greased baking sheet. Pat into 1/2 inch thick rectangle. Brush top with olive oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake at 450’ for 15 minutes.
