Eats as a full meal for lunch or dinner.

ingredients

  • ·1 lb. of beef cubes (I like a cut called “round”)
  • ·2 or 3 potatoes peeled and cut into pieces of about 1 or 1-1/2 inches
  • ·Chopped onion according to your taste (I use about 1 tablespoon of dried onion flakes)
  • ·1 box of frozen mixed vegetables (you can cut up fresh carrots and string beans, etc. if you wish)
  • ·Small amount of oil for pot
  • ·Kitchen Bouquet flavoring

From Kelly's Grandmother Brett. I usually serve the stew with crusty Italian bread and possibly a salad. Any leftovers can be eaten another day or frozen for later use.
