- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 can Campbell tomato soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 stalk celery
- chopped bay leaf
- 1 tspn sugar
- 1 can kidney beans
- cooked elbow macaroni
