Slow Cooked Country RIbs
This recipe is very easy to prepare. It does cook at very low heat, in the oven for several hours.
ingredients
- 1 slab country pork spare ribs
- 3 red bell peppers, seeded & sliced
- 3 green bell peppers, seeded & sliced
- 1 jalepeno pepper or
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 medium onion, peeled & sliced
- 1 coup water
- garlic powder
- salt & pepper

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

Line a large roasting pan with aluminum foil. Place ribs in pan. Top ribs with peppers & onions. Pour in the one cup of water. Season with all of the spices. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Heat ribs at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then lower heat to 300 degrees and cook ribs for 5 hours.
notes
You can serve barbeque sauce on the side, but this recipe is delicious without it.
