Gooey Pumpkin Cake
Very moist and lucious
ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 8 tbl melted butter
- Filling:
- 1 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 15oz can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 tbl butter melted
- 1 16oz box of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350*

Mix all crust ingredients with mixer.

Press into lightly greased 13x9 pan.

Mix all filling ingredients with a mixer. Cream cheese and pumpkin first.

Add eggs, vanilla and butter. Then mix in powdered sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread over crust.

Bake for 40-50 minutes. Serve with whip cream.
