Pork Roast with Mustard Rub
Slice the leftovers from this roast very thin to make great sandwiches.
ingredients
- 4 pound Pork Roast, with bone in
- 1 tablespoon Mustard, prepared
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place Pork Roast in roaster. Mix mustard, lemon juice, salt, onion powder and pepper in a small bowl. Spread on top of pork roast. Do not cover pork roast. Roast meat 35 to 40 minutes per pound until instant-read thermometer reads 160 degrees.
