Baked Brie and Apple appetizer
Baked brie with apples and almonds. Perfect for fall events!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut brie horizontally.
Cut apple into small pieces, add all ingredients to apple pieces (except butter.)
Add butter to apple mixture (moistens mixture.)
Place half of brie, rind side down in baking pan.
Add ½ of apple mixture onto top of 1st half of brie.
Put top of brie on mixture, rind side up...add other half of mixture to top.
Bake 12-15 minutes, til cheese is soft and begins to melt.
Serve with crackers, apple slices, etc.
