Stuffed Shrimp
ingredients
- 18-26 shrimp
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper
directions
Cut shrimp lengthwise and loosen from shell. In a bowl, mix oil, crumbs, cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Lay the shrimp in a single layer in a foil lined pan. Put a little of the mixture on each one. Broil until done, about 5 to 8 minutes.
