Dilled Beans
ingredients
- Green or Yellow Beans
- 1 piece garlic
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- BRINE:
- 5 to 6 cups water
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1/4 cup pickling salt

Cook beans about 3 minutes - just underdone

Fill jars with cooked beans and add the above ingredients

Stand jars in hot water to stay warm while you prepare the brine

Bring all ingredients to a boil and fill jars leaving 1/2" space at the top
