Chocolate Coconut Pecan Pie
ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans or pecan pieces
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust

In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, melted butter and vanilla until smooth.

Stir in coconut, pecans and chocolate chips.

Pour filling into pie crust. Bake in 350° oven 50 to 55 minutes or until centre of pie is barely set. Cool on wire rack.
