MRS. KATHRYN HODGES' SUGAR FREE JELLO SALAD
ingredients
- 1 large can (1 crushed pineapple
- 2 3 oz. packag lime sugar free jello -- Can use other flavor
- 2 C buttermilk
- 8 oz Cool Whip LiteĀ®
- 1/2 C pecans
directions
Put crushed pineapple into saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Put in jello, do not boil, just stir well and set aside.
When cold, add 2 cups buttermilk.
Fold in Cool Whip LiteĀ®.
Add 1/2 cup pecans.
Pour into either one or two small dishes. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
