Hershey Kisses Cookies

ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Hershey Kisses - frozen

Heat oven to 375°F.

Cream butter and peanut butter together. Add sugar and brown sugar. Add egg, vanilla.

Mix flour, soda and salt together and beat together with peanut butter mixture.

Shape into balls and roll in sugar.

Bake for 8 minutes.

Remove from oven and place Hershey kiss on top of each. Press lightly. Return to oven for 2-5 minutes.
