Best Ever Cinnamon Rolls

My son, Shayde Fluitt won 4th place at the Montague County FFA Show in 2000. These taste like Cinnamonster Rolls. I always double the frosting recipe because I like lots of frosting.
ingredients
- Rolls:
- 1 cup milk, room temp
- 1/4 cup water, room temp
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg, room temp
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 TBS sugar
- 1 TBS active dry yeast
- Filling:
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Frosting:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cups butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
