- Ahi Dry Rub:
- 1 - .8 lb ahi tuna steak (sashimi grade)
- ~ 1 tbsp. kosher salt
- ~ 1/2 tbsp. fresh ground pepper
- ~ 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Dipping Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1 clove minced garlic
