ingredients

  • London broil
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T cooking sherry
  • 1/4 t bottled minced garlic

    Prepare marinade (double if necessary depending on the amount of meat)

    Score both sides of the meat by making shallow diagonal cuts across the surface in a diamond pattern. Place meat in a bag on glass dish. Pour marinade over, refrigerate 6 to 24 hours. Turn several times to distribute marinade.

    Grill to taste. Slice thinly and serve.
