Pasta Fresca
This is Ray,Chloe,and Maya’s favorite dish I make.I make it all summer long when the tomatoes are really ripe.
ingredients
- 4 cups chopped ripe tomatoes
- 6-8 large fresh basil leaves
- 1 large garlic clove minced or pressed
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 pound bowtie pasta
- 1/2 pound fresh mozzarella cheese,cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- grated parmesan

I have used regular mozzarella from the grocery store and this still tastes great.
