This is Ray,Chloe,and Maya’s favorite dish I make.I make it all summer long when the tomatoes are really ripe.

ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped ripe tomatoes
  • 6-8 large fresh basil leaves
  • 1 large garlic clove minced or pressed
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 pound bowtie pasta
  • 1/2 pound fresh mozzarella cheese,cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • grated parmesan

notes

I have used regular mozzarella from the grocery store and this still tastes great.
