  • 3 tablespoons of extra vigin olive oil
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (you can also use lemon juice instead of the vinegar)
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon capers drained
