Greek-Style Ravioli
ingredients
- 1 bag frozen ravioli
- 2/3 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 c. canned diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic
- 2 c. fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
directions

1. Cook ravioli according to directions. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.

2. Drain ravioli. Add ravioli, spinach and olives to beef mixture, heat through. Sprinkle with feta cheese.

1 1/4 cups equals 352 calories, 15 g fat, 75 mg chol., 1000 mg sodium, 29 g carbs, 3 g fiber 27 g protein.
