Chicken/Pasta Toss
ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast (sliced thinly)
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 large pepper (sliced thin)
- 1 large red pepper (sliced thin)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (about 4 ounces) sliced or quartered
- 1 tespoon garlic herb seasoning
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
directions
In skillet, cook chicken in oil. Brown at Medium/high and reomive. Add veggies and seasoning and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add chicken again and cook 8 minutes. Pour over hot cooked pasta of your choice. Add cheese and toss all together. Serve with more cheese.
