Chocolate Mousse
ingredients
- Semisweet Baker Chocolate
- Butter
- Egg Whites
- Sugar
- Vanilla
- Whipping Cream
- A touch of rum.

Melt the Chocolate and butter together.

Whip the egg whites till stiff peaks form, add the whip cream, and chocolate and mix together well. Add the Sugar and vanilla as well, then the touch of rum. Refrigerate.
