Chicago style mini pizza
ingredients
- 1 can of Pillsbury bisquits (original or country style)
- Can of Kitchen Ready tomatoes
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Oregano
- Parsley
- Mozzarella cheese
- Olive Oil
- Olive oil Spray
- Topping suggestions:
- Bacon
- Sausage
- Pepperoni
- Chicken

Heat Kitchen Ready tomatoes with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and parsley and salt in a small pan. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Spray muffin pans generously with olive oil spray. Take each bisquit and flatten it out to fit in each muffin section. Cook bisquits per package instructions. Once cooked, push down the bisquit so that it is partially flat. Put one tablespoon of sauce and mozzarella cheese on each muffin. Add cooked toppings and put in the broiler for a few minutes till cheese melts.
