Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bag southern hash browns
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped or grated onions
  • 15 oz. sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

directions

Mix all together and put in a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 325° for 1 and a half hours.
