Deviled Eggs with Mango Chutney
ingredients
- 8 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1 tbsp. mango chutney
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- salt, freshly ground pepper

Hard boil and peel eggs. Remove basil leaves from stems and mince. Chop chutney finely.

Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks with a spoon, mash with a fork and stir in mayonnaise.

Add basil and chutney to yolk mixture and season to taste with curry powder, salt and pepper. Use a teaspoon or pastry bag to fill the egg white halves with the mixture.
