Sour Cream-Chicken Squares
Quick and easy meal. Just right for brunch.
ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimiento, drained
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dresssing
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Heat pven to 425* Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Mis baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times. Toll dough into rectangle. 14x10 inches. Place dough in dish so edges are 1/2 inch up sides.

Mix remaining ingredients; pour evenly over dough. Bake until edges are golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
