Overnight Raisin French Toast
ingredients
- 1 loaf cinnamon-raisin bread, cubed
- 1 pkg (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. fat-free half-and-half
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 2 Tbls. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbls. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

1. Place half of bread cubes in a greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish. Top with cream cheese and remaining bread. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes longer.
