Chateaubriand with sauce
The ultimate holiday main course!
ingredients
Meat- 4 lb beef tenderloin roast
- 2 T. butter, softened
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- dash of pepper
- 3/4 cup dry sherry (not cooking sherry)

FYI: The alcohol in the sauce cooks off and evaporates. All that's left is flavor, so no need to worry about the kiddies!
