Anita's Peanut Butter Balls
A Christmas family favorite. Per Anita, this recipe isn’t hard - just time consuming. And, NO CALORIES!
ingredients
- 3 boxes 10XX powdered sugar
- 1 lb. margarine, melted
- 1 lb. crunchy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- Gulf wax
- Milk chocolate chips - big bag

Work first 5 ingredients together into a dough. Roll into small balls. In double boiler (or you can use the microwave) melt one large bag of milk chocolate chips and 1/4 block of wax. Anita says she usually ends up adding a little oil as she goes along if the chocolate starts getting too thick.

Using a toothpick, dip balls in chocolate mixture. Let dry on waxed paper.
