ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 1 teas. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
directions

cream butter, add sugar gradually. blend in salt, vanilla, nuts and flour.

mixture will be stiff

pinch off small pieces of dough and roll into balls

bake at 400 for about 12 minutes

Roll cookies in powdered sugar while still hot and again when cool
