Pork Chop and Potato Bake
ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- vegetable oil
- 1 can cream of celery or creamof mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 package frozen diced hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 small can Durkee onions

Brown pork chops in oil on both sides. Do not cook all the way through. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and salt. Stir in potatoes. (only use about 1/2-3/4 of the bag of potatoes), 1/2 cup of cheese, 1/2 cup onions.

Spoon mixture into a 9X13 baking pan. Arrange chops over potatoes.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
