Marcille's Hot DIsh
ingredients
- 1 - 7 oz package Elbow Macaroni
- 1 lb. lean ground beef - browned in butter
- Small onion - finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 - 15 oz. can Hunt’s Tomato Sauce
- 3 or 4 slices American cheese

Cook macaroni for approximately 7 minutes. Drain.

Saute onion in butter and add ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Brown to done. Add tomatoe sauce and then cooked macaroni. Add cheese over mixture.

Simmer together for about 5 minutes.

Best if let sit for 15 minutes before serving
