An Easter Sunday tradition - but I bet it would be great ANY day!
ingredients
- 1 box seasoned croutons
- 1 pound of ham cubed
- 1 12 ounce bag of shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup melted butter
directions
- 1
Spray 9“ x 13” pan with cooking spray such as Pam. Layer croutons, ham, and cheese in that order.
- 2
In a separate bowl whip together the eggs with the milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour the mixture slowly over the ingredients in the 9“ x 13” pan. Drizzle the 1/4 cup melted butter over all in the pan. Let this sit in the refrigerator overnight.

Bake at 350° uncovered for 1 hour or until set. Slice into serving size pieces and serve.
