Cheese-Olive Dip
One of my favorite dips to serve with crackers or corn chips -- very different! Use a food processor for the olives and green onions.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pimiento-stuffed olives, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup pitted ripe olives, finely chopped
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Hellman’s Light Mayonnaise
- 2 small green onions, finely chopped
