ingredients

• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups milk
• 3 eggs yolks, slightly beaten
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 can Angel Flake coconut
• 1 9" baked pie shell

Meringue

• 3 egg whites (use 4 for higher meringue)
• 6 tablespoons sugar
