Julie's Egg Dish
ingredients
- 1 9" deep dish pie shell (Pillsbury)
- 3/4 lb.Bob Evans mild sausage,browned
- 1/2 cup onions sliced thinly
- 1 1/2 cup sharp grated cheddar cheese
- 1 TB flour
- 1 TB parsley
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
directions
Brown sausage, drain reserving 2 TB of liquid to brown onions in. Mix onion, sausage, cheese in flour, put in bottom of pie crust. Whisk together eggs and evaporated milk, pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 375° for 50-60 minutes
