Cirtus Herb Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

This is very similar to the salad dressing at Bonefish Grill. Be sure to include hearts of palm and toasted pine nuts on the salad (or string cheese and corn nuts!). I like to make this in the extra large Pyrex measuring cup.

ingredients

  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 TBSP water
  • 2 TBSP white wine vinegar
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 TBSP Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
