Ranch Chicken

  • 2 lbs. skinless chicken thighs
  • Ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

directions

In a Ziploc bag, place the chicken thighs and add enough ranch dressing to coat. (The amount you use depends on the size of the thighs.) Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to overnight. When you are ready, preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Then mix the seasoned bread crumbs, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese together in a shallow dish. Take some of the extra dressing off of the chicken and dredge in the crumb mixture and place on the cookie sheet. When all are coated, spray with cooking spray lightly and bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 170.
