Chocolate Chip Cheeseball
ingredients
- 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c butter softened
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3/4 c mini chips
- 3/4 c fine chopped pecans
- graham crackers
directions
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars just until combined. Stir in chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Shape into ball. Refrigerate 1 hour. Just before serving, roll in chopped pecans. Serve with graham crackers. (Can be rolled into 2 inch personal serving balls)
