Pear Crisp
ingredients
- Filling:
- 6 cups peeled sliced pears
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp ginger (chopped candied)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp flour
- Topping:
- 1 c flour
- 3/4 c light brown sugar
- 1/2 c oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c butter

Preheat oven to 400°

Butter 9x13 glass dish. Combine filling ingredients. Spread in pan and bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile combine topping ingredients and cut in butter until crumbly. Spread topping over cobbler and bake until brown and bubbly - - about 20-25 minutes.
