  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
