Easy Pork with Apples
This is a great, simple way to have pork chops. This is half hour, tops start to finish.
ingredients
- 4 Center Cut Loin Chop(s), boneless
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sage
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp butter
- 4 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, sliced
- 1 Tble Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice (fresh is better)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Dash of Salt

Combine sage, salt and pepper and rub over both sides of the chops. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan on medium heat. When oil shimmers, add chops and cook approximately 3 minutes per side. (until done). Remove pork from pan and keep warm.

Melt butter in pan and add apples, lemon juice, cinnamon and remaining salt cooking 5 minutes or until tender.

Top the chops with the apples.
