Pork Chops

ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops Bone-In 3/4" thick
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Buttermilk

directions

Mix flour, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt & pepper. Pat the pork chops dry. Then put chops in flour mixture. Shake excess off. Heat up oil on medium heat. Fry chops on both sides. Take out chops when done then add some of the flour mixture. Pour in broth let cook to thicken. Stir in buttermilk. Then put chops back in.
