Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
ingredients
- 1 jar pickled artichokes, drained
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- dash of lemon juice
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
- Tortilla chips or crackers

Mix artichokes, spinach, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, lemon juice, sour cream, half & half, and mozzarella cheese together and spoon into shallow baking dish. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
