French Toast- Peach
ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter cut into pieces
- 2 T water
- 1 large can sliced peaches (or fresh)
- 1 loaf french bread sliced 1" thick
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 T vanilla
- Cinnamon and Sugar

In saucepan melt brown sugar in butter

Remove from heat and add water.

Return to burner and stir like crazy till mixture foams.

Pour in a 9x13 baking dish

Let cool 10 min then line with peaches, then bread, then remaining peaches.

In blender blend eggs, milk and vanilla

Pour over bread, making sure all pieces are covered.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 for 45-60min or til golden

Use pan syrup and whip cream

Can use any fruit. Oven at 350
