Quick & Easy Chocolate Cups
I think this is a recipe by Rachel Ray. It is quick, easy, and also very rich.
ingredients
- 2/3 cups whole milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Frangelico liqueur
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup whipping cream
directions

Heat milk to a boil. In a food processor, combine egg, sugar, salt, chocolate chips and liqueur. Run on low speed, pouring in boiling milk in a slow stream. Process 1 minute until smooth.

Spoon into 4 ramekins and chill for at least 2 hours.

Top each cup with a big dollop of whipped cream (whip cream with 2 tbsp sugar) and sprinkle with cocoa.
