Passover Blondies
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup matzoh cake meal
- 1 cup potato starch
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans(optional)

Line an 8 x 10 inch brownie pan with greased foil, ensuring you have overhang to lift out squares later.

Cream brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla and butter. Blend in eggs. Stir in salt, matzoh cake meal,and potato starch. Then fold in chips & nuts. Chill 20 minutes.

Preheat 350°

Spread press batter into prepared pan. Bake until done about 25-30 minutes. I like these under baked a bit!

Cool well, then use foil to lift out square from pan. Cut into squares.
